Salon Information & Policies

Haircuts are based on maintenance appointments every 6–8 weeks to keep your style looking at its best. Appointments booked beyond this timeframe may be classed as a Restyle. 

A Restyle includes any significant change, such as removing excess length, adding layers, or reshaping the hairstyle. 

Regrowth Colour appointments are based on 6–8 weeks of regrowth. Longer regrowth appointments may be charged as a Full Head Colour or incur an additional colour usage fee. 

Colour services do not include a Cut and Blow Dry. 

We are really happy to include a straightening or curling service with all our Cut and Blow Dry services, to ensure you leave looking and feeling pampered and gorgeous. 

Prom and wedding hair services include a mandatory trial, which is included in the package price. Ensuring you can relax on your big day, confident that everything is prepared and planned for you. 

Under 14 Wet Cuts are for one length trims only. For layers, shaping, or fringes, please book in for an Under 16 Cut and Blow Dry. 

Children’s appointments are available on Thursdays and Fridays after school. 

All children under 16 must be accompanied by one parent or guardian. 

For health and safety, children must remain seated and supervised at all times.

A skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to all colour services. 

Our Colour Package offer includes a Regrowth or Full Head Colour with scattered foils and a Cut, Blow Dry Straighten or Curl, saving 15% when compared to individual prices. 

We offer a complimentary consultation for all our colour appointments. There is no obligation to book an appointment (but we just love talking colour) so, book in for a relaxed, informal chat with one of our team members. 

Bleach services include a £15 WellaPlex bond reconstruction treatment to maintain hair health, lasting up to 2 weeks. 

New bleach clients include a £30 WellaPlex take home package treatment to continue care at home, lasting up to 8 weeks. 

WellaPlex packages are available to buy in salon at your next service, including the in-salon treatment and take home. Packages include a saving of 50% on the take home product with RRP of £30.00, we recommend this to help keep the hair strong, smooth and soft between in salon bleaching services. 

We really care about your hair. We keep our treatment prices super low so that everyone can enjoy them, ranging from £2-£15. We always recommend regular treatments to help keep your hair healthy. 

We offer a range of Stylists with varying experience levels to suit all budgets. 

Monday Academy appointments are available at 50% off Junior Stylist prices. 

Our Over 65 Club offers 10% off services any day, please let your Stylist know. 

Our Over 50s Club offers 20% off appointments every Thursday, please quote “TC50” when booking. 

Blue Light Card holders receive 10% off services any day, please show your card when paying. 

Please note, discounts do not apply to Wet Cuts, Children’s Cuts, Fringe Trims, Treatments, products or additional colour charges.

If a product is out of stock, you can order and pay in salon for later collection. Click and Collect is also available if ordering through our website. 

Flexible payment options are available when shopping online, split payments into 3 using Klarna (ideal for larger purchases). 

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a fee added to your next appointment (£10 for Cut and Blow Dries). 

Deposits are required for all colour and larger services (such as Balayage, Perms and Smoothfiller). Deposits payable depend on the full cost of your service. 

Services over £200 require a non-refundable booking fee of £35, payable at the time of booking. Booking fees are required to secure your time slot with our team member. The remainder of the deposit is due 1 week prior to your appointment, totalling to 50% of your service. 

Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled within 48 hours.
